From 1990 until his untimely death in 1994, Rabbi Isaac Bernstein gave a weekly Parshat HaShavua Shiur on Monday evening at Ner Yisrael. It was the highlight of his week and brought inspiration to hundreds, but thousands more have chosen to collect these memorable Parsha Shiurim on cassette. Ner Yisrael is proud to keep Rabbi Bernstein’s memory alive, and our members have transcribed his shiurim, converted the tapes into CD format, and many of his seforim can be found in our Library. Royalties from the sale of tapes go to the Bernstein family.
